1. I don't want to maintain my site, can EWS maintain it for me? Yes, EWS can maintain your site and make modifications to your site as requested or arranged. We have several website maintenance options available.

2. Can I have email forwarded to my current email account? Yes, We can forward mail from your site (example: information submitted from a form) to any email account you desire. So if someone places an order from your web site, it shall automatically be forwarded directly to your email account .

3. How much traffic (hits) is my site allowed each month? We do not limit your traffic, you can have as many "hits" as needed. Some ISP's will charge you additional money for this feature. EWS provides unlimited hits. Why should you be penalized for having a successful site? We are in the business to help make your business successful.

4. Is it possible to run an adult related site and have it hosted by EWS? While we would love to host every site imaginable, we have guidelines that prevent such sites from being hosted by EWS. There are many ISP's (Internet Service Providers) that can assist you with hosting such a site.

5. I have artwork that I would like to use on a site, what are my options? You can either scan it, or we can professionally scan your artwork, photos, logos and such into a format that can be used on the internet. There is a nominal fee for this service. Tell us your needs, and we shall assist with this process.

6. I want my own domain name, can EWS assist me with this? Yes, we can help you determine the name you wish to use for your website and assist with getting your domain name registered.

7. How can I get more traffic to my site? Besides including your website address "url" (www.yourcompany.com) into traditional advertising, newspaper/magazine advertisements you could have your site submitted to search engines, or newsgroups. EWS provides Web Site Marketing services to assist you with increasing your site traffic. Remember, if no-one knows you have a site, they will never find it. Just like a telephone number that has never been given out, how is anyone expected to call you?

8. I already have a web site, but I want to change services, can I do this? We can host your site for you, and assist with getting your files placed on our server. You have several options and EWS will be glad to assist you with this transition.

9. What is a shopping cart program? A shopping cart, enables visitors to your web site to be able to browse your products, See information on pricing, descriptions and photos of these products or services and then purchase the items they want via an on-line form. Shopping carts needs are different from business to business, and EWS can help you the best choice for your site.

10. What is the INTERNIC? The INTERNIC is the governing body over the internet. They are in charge of assigning requested names to clients based on availability of the requested domain. We can handle all INTERNIC paperwork, forms and domain name registration for you.
