Great websites are a
creative collaboration between the client and the designer, bringing the
client's understanding of the business together with the designer's
knowledge and implementation of design, communication, and Web
technologies. You are an integral part of the team as we work together
towards the achievement of your Internet goals.
A good web site begins with a good design. The aesthetics of the design
should convey a positive message about the business it represents. It
should appeal to the eye and make customers want to stay and look for
more information. The longer they stay, the more likely they will want
to do business with you. Entoone Web Services will custom design your
site from the viewpoint of your target customers.
Our approach to web design and web development usually follows a five
step process:

During initial consultations, we'll listen to gather information about
your business, its operations, and your goals for the Internet. We
identify your target audience and discuss your ideas and preferences for
the website, the functions you want, and the look and feel you are
seeking.
We advise on Internet strategies and solutions and present a possible
solution based on the scope of the project, budget, and time frame.
At this point, the overall look of the project begins to take shape, and
we will present a cost proposal.

If you are satisfied with the initial consultation and would like to
proceed further, we will then progress to write a detailed
specification. This specification will cover in depth exactly what you
would like to achieve and exactly how it will be achieved. Along with
the specification, we will present you with the exact cost and
scheduling of the project. This means that as long as the specification
remains unchanged, you will know what the project will cost and how long
it will take to create.

Once the specification has been agreed upon, contracts are signed and we
will start the development. We usually request that you pay half of the
cost up front before we begin working on your project.
Based upon your input, the actual design of the website is begun. At
this stage we ask you to provide us with any layout wishes you might
have. If you want your site to match your existing promotion material,
you will need to provide us with this. Tell us if you have any
preferences for colors and design elements. At this stage in the process
it can also be helpful if you provide us with links to any existing page
on the web that you like and might want your own presentation to
resemble.
We start by developing a screenshot image of the site. This is a
draft/prototype sample of what the site might look like on a computer monitor. We send this
picture to you for a review. At this point, you have the opportunity to
tell us what you like and dislike about the design. We will
rework/modify the
design until it meets with your satisfaction.

Once we have agreed on the design, we will start the construction of the
actual web page by adding functionality and text. Before we reach this
stage, you will need to provide us with the text for the content of the
pages. This can either be text you write specifically for the web site,
or you can provide us with informational and promotional texts about
your company, which we then will adapt for the web site. If you have no
existing material written, we can also provide you with the text for the
page. However, no one knows your business better than you, and we always
encourage our customers to provide text to ensure an ideal result.

Once we have completed the site, we will upload it to a temporary web
address where you can access and review it. You will get the opportunity
to see the site in full function and make sure everything is working
properly before we put the site live at the actual Internet address. At
this stage, you can also point out minor details that you want to have
changed.
When you are fully satisfied with the web site, we will collect the
remaining fee, and then upload the site to its correct web address. We
will then go through the process of registering your site with the major
search engines, which increases its accessibility.
